The main location is at Kite Beach. But if the wind shows up somewhere else, we will switch to a different spot!

Masterclasses/clinics

The clinic starts with a 15 minute briefing where we explain everything about the trick of the week. Then we will have a 1 hour session where you can kite and train. The instructor(s) will be at the beach break to give tips for you to progress further. After one hour we will analyze to finish it off.

In case of a private clinic, you will be on the water for 2 hours with your instructor. In this session you can train your trick(s) that you have been struggeling with or always wanted to learn. After that we end the day with analyzing the session to help you in the future! (You can book your session for any day & time you prefer!)

Content sessions

Do you also want footage that you can analyse? Join our extra content sessions every 2 weeks on a tuesday! It is a 1 hour session where you will be filmed  by our cameraman. The clips will be transfarred to you so you can analyze your riding and progress even further!

Gear info:

Make sure that you bring your own gear because gear rental is not included in the price! Also make sure your gear is checked and well prepared because switching gear takes up a lot of time. Capetown offers some of the best kitesurfing conditions in the world but it can be rough, so be prepared to take a small kite to the beach and have the right safety equipment (impact vest is a good way to protect your ribs).

Who are your instructors Sven & Jan?

Sven Mekkelholt is a certified kitesurf-instructor and is specialised in Big Air. His kitesurf progression has been incredible in the last 4 years and he is slowly making name in the kitesurfing-scene. He travels as much as possible to train and have fun, thats why you can count on him in Capetown! He is able to do almost every trick in the book so be prepared to have an explanation for everything. Jan Zoon is a pro big-air rider that competes in the Big Air Kite League around the world. He is trying to be as much as possible on the water since he was just a kid starting kiting. And that paid off, because he became Dutch champion 2019 in big air kitesurfing. So you can count on him that he can help you to become a better kitesurfer. Together with Sven they can cover every trick in the big air scene from beginner, to advance kitesurfing tricks.

If the wind doesn't come trough, we will be doing other activities such as surfing or hiking (depending on the conditions)! This means that you are garanteed to be doing a fun activity!
